Job Description

The Marketing Professional is responsible in persuading customers that the product they are selling is the best choice. He/she is in charge of informing customers about the vehicles for sale and for preparing payments, financing and insurance papers for customers who have purchased a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course
• A Marketing degree would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of theories, principles and practices of marketing and sales

Duties/Responsibilities

• Solicits business from prospective customer thru telephone calls or personal visit
• Demonstrates car features to customers.
• Updates customers on the status of their reservation and requirements.
• Updates oneself on inventories, color availability, and process and bank rates to ensure smooth flow of transactions with clients.
• Collects payments from customers and remits the same to the office.
• Endorses our respective department(s) to customers for their specific needs such (for example: Service Department for their Service needs).
• Facilitates and insists on the purchase and/or renewal of vehicle insurance policy with our in-house insurance companies/providers.
• Delivers customers’ units, car plates, car registration, and other relevant documents to customers whenever necessary.
• Attends trainings and meetings to stay informed about their products.
• Actively participates in marketing activities such as mall displays, leaf letting, saturation, and the like.
• Ensures the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of submission of requirements of clients prior to new vehicle releases.

Job Description

Responsible for performing vehicle body repairs and paint works to restore units to their original condition. The role includes assessing damage, repairing or replacing body panels, preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finish in accordance with company standards and safety procedures. The BP Technician works closely with Service Advisors, Job Controllers, and Quality Control to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of repair orders

Key responsibilities

•  Perform body repair works such as denting, panel replacement, and alignment
  
• Prepare vehicles for painting (sanding, masking, priming)
  
• Apply paint using proper techniques and equipment
  
• Ensure color matching and quality finish
  
• Follow safety standards and proper use of tools and materials
  
• Complete assigned repair orders within standard time

Responsible for performing vehicle inspection, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair in accordance with Hino Balintawak’s service standards and safety procedures. Ensures quality workmanship, proper documentation, and timely completion of assigned work orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspection, diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Use appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment in performing assigned jobs.
• Ensure quality of work through proper inspection and testing.

Job Description

Responsible for the proper receiving, storage, inventory, and issuance of TMP and Non-TMP parts, accessories, and chemicals within the Parts Warehouse. The position ensures proper documentation, organization, safekeeping, and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Receives and quality-checks TMP and Non-TMP deliveries and endorses required documents to the SAP Operator.
• Processes outright returns for deliveries with issues or discrepancies.
• Ensures proper binning, labeling, and safekeeping of parts and chemicals
• Maintains the cleanliness, orderliness, and proper organization of the warehouse
• Issues ordered parts through Picking Slips to concerned PICs and ensures proper documentation.
• Follows up on unclaimed orders, particularly those exceeding six (6) months.
• Conducts regular overstock checking and makes necessary inventory or bin location adjustments.
• Performs daily ordering and bi-weekly inventory counts and addresses any discrepancies identified.
• Ensures accountability for any unaccounted discrepancy, breakage, damage, or loss within the warehouse.

The Collection Officer maintains accurate records of customer payments, coordinates with clients regarding billing concerns, and ensures that the company receives correct and timely payment for products and services rendered. The role also requires conducting field work, including visiting clients and assigned locations for collection follow-ups, account verification, and other collection-related activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit and collection, or a related role is an advantage
• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License with authorization to drive four-wheel vehicles
