Marketing Professional

Job Description

The Marketing Professional is responsible in persuading customers that the product they are selling is the best choice. He/she is in charge of informing customers about the vehicles for sale and for preparing payments, financing and insurance papers for customers who have purchased a vehicle.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Solicits business from prospective customer thru telephone calls or personal visit
  • Demonstrates car features to customers.
  • Updates customers on the status of their reservation and requirements.
  • Updates oneself on inventories, color availability, and process and bank rates to ensure smooth flow of transactions with clients.
  • Collects payments from customers and remits the same to the office.
  • Endorses our respective department(s) to customers for their specific needs such (for example: Service Department for their Service needs).
  • Facilitates and insists on the purchase and/or renewal of vehicle insurance policy with our in-house insurance companies/providers.
  • Delivers customers’ units, car plates, car registration, and other relevant documents to customers whenever necessary.
  • Attends trainings and meetings to stay informed about their products.
  • Actively participates in marketing activities such as mall displays, leaf letting, saturation, and the like.
  • Ensures the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of submission of requirements of clients prior to new vehicle releases.
Company Nurse

Job Description

The Company Nurse is responsible for providing basic healthcare services to the company’s team members. The Company Nurse is also in charge with the provision of general first aid when necessary, along with the evaluation of employee health risks and promotion of employee health. He/she is also engaged in ensuring that necessary safety/health clearance permits are in order.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Provides initial dosage of medication needed by team members needing immediate relief from pain or sickness.
  • Verifies submitted medical certificate of team members when necessary.
  • Conducts weekly inventory of medicines.
  • Makes purchase orders of medicines for replenishment.
  • Administers first aid to team members and customers who encounter accidents during work hours.
  • Provides emergency care and assistance to team members needing hospitalization during work hours.
  • Maintains or helps in the maintenance of an efficient accident record system and coordinates actions taken by supervisors to eliminate accident causes.
  • Provides assistance to government agencies in the conduct of safety and health inspection, accident investigation, or any other related programs as well as reports required by the government or the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

General Job Technician

Job Description

The General Job (GJ) Technician caters to mechanical repairs other than the Periodic Maintenance Service such as engine, transmission, brake system, air-conditioning, steering system repairs, and is responsible for successful and efficient completion of the repair or service required in the customers’ units as indicated in the Repair Orders. He also carries out a range of tests to diagnose service and repair vehicles and work hand in hand
with the Job Controller and Service Advisors.

Body & Paint Technician

Job Description

The Body & Paint Technician caters to Body & Painting Repair requirements, and is responsible for successful and efficient completion of the repair or service required in the customers’ units as indicated in the Repair Orders. He also carries out a range of tests to diagnose service and repair vehicles and work hand in hand with the Job Controller and Service Advisors.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assessing and inspecting damaged vehicle bodies to understand the extent of repairs needed.
  • Planning and organizing repair processes, including ordering necessary parts and materials.
  • Removing damaged parts and panels from vehicles, ensuring careful handling and storage.
  • Repairing damaged body frames and structures through welding, shaping, and straightening.
  • Removing dents, scratches, and imperfections from vehicle bodies using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
  • Mixing and matching paint colors to ensure a seamless finish.
  • Applying primer, basecoat, and clearcoat to vehicle bodies in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Conducting quality checks and inspections to ensure repairs meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining an organized and clean workspace, following safety protocols at all times.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and repair techniques to enhance skills and knowledge.
Service Receptionist

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the efficient management of visitors, customers, and proper handling of telephone calls and messages, and to support the overall operation at Service Reception.
  • Attends to customers immediately when they enter the Reception Area and ensure proper customer handling by also promoting customer delight.
  • Checks the customer’s name from the list of appointments expected for the day to verify whether the customer has an appointment or is a walk-in customer.
  • Encodes and updates the E-Queuing System for proper monitoring and orderly assignment of customers.
  • Fills out the Customer Data Sheet and updates the monitoring form on the system.
  • Assigns an available Service Advisor to a particular customer to minimize waiting time before he/she is attended to.
  • Records all customers who came for service on a daily basis as well as the time they arrived and the time they were attended to by the Service Advisor.
  • Informs the MRS of no show appointment customers and furnishes a report to the
    Department Head.
  • Comply with the minimum manpower requirement by TMP for Receptionist.
  • Capable in handling telephone in and capable to perform telemarketing activities.
Customer Relations Officer

Job Description

The Customer Relations Officer is in charge of dealing with customer issues and ensures effective problem resolution to exceed customer satisfaction leading to customer loyalty. He/She assists the Customer Relations Manager in handling customers’ concerns and inquiries and is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and giving feedback to the customers and all departments concerned.

HINO Service Technician

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Ensure to arrive on time or ahead of time at service workshop and be ready for work
  • Responsible in carrying out of quality servicing of customer’s vehicles by assisting their senior technicians
  • Uphold the “Fix-It-Right the 1st Time” Philosophy
  • Handle customer’s vehicle with utmost care by properly using the protective items like seat covers, floor mats and fender covers
  • Maintain proper inventory of issued hand tools, equipment and service special tools
  • Reports to their immediate supervisor any unsafe practices or any unusual scenarios happening in the workshop or any HINO Balintawak facility
  • Inform their immediate supervisor for any additional repair needed, any delay in repair
    completion time or additional parts needed to complete the repair request of the customer
  • Ensure 5S at all times
  • Perform official task/s assigned from time to time by their immediate supervisors

Qualifications

  • A graduate of Automotive Course (Diesel)
  • Experience as Truck Mechanic is a plus
  • NCI and NCII Passer
HINO Customer Service Officer

Job Description

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for handling customer related concerns.

Duties/Responsibilities

  •  Handling of telemarketing activities to promote promos, parts and service marketing programs and appointment system.
  • Handling and coordination of customer complaints to responsible parties.
  • Conduct service reminder activities and explain of the advantages of getting an appointment to customers.
  • Conduct confirmation of appointment to customer.
  • Assist appointment customers upon arrival and endorse them to service advisor.
  • Ensure compliance to SOPs and company policies.
  • Represent company in mediation and arbitration to address customer claims against the company.
  • Perform other task that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
PFFC Collections Officer

Job Description

The Collection Officer is responsible for handling incoming payments in terms of checks, cash, or other forms of payment. He/She also ensures that the company receives correct and timely payment for the product and services rendered to the customers. Moreover, the same is also in charge of updating billing systems, following up and collecting payments, carrying out billing and collection, and monitoring of customer-related account details such as non-payment or delayed payments.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Relevant experience as a Collection Officer is an advantage
  • Does onsite & fieldwork
  • Familiar with using Microsoft Office
  • With respect and possesses excellent communication, and negotiation skills
