Marketing Professional
Job Description
The Marketing Professional is responsible in persuading customers that the product they are selling is the best choice. He/she is in charge of informing customers about the vehicles for sale and for preparing payments, financing and insurance papers for customers who have purchased a vehicle.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course
- A Marketing degree would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of theories, principles and practices of marketing and sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Sales experience in automotive dealership is an advantage
Duties/Responsibilities
- Solicits business from prospective customer thru telephone calls or personal visit
- Demonstrates car features to customers.
- Updates customers on the status of their reservation and requirements.
- Updates oneself on inventories, color availability, and process and bank rates to ensure smooth flow of transactions with clients.
- Collects payments from customers and remits the same to the office.
- Endorses our respective department(s) to customers for their specific needs such (for example: Service Department for their Service needs).
- Facilitates and insists on the purchase and/or renewal of vehicle insurance policy with our in-house insurance companies/providers.
- Delivers customers’ units, car plates, car registration, and other relevant documents to customers whenever necessary.
- Attends trainings and meetings to stay informed about their products.
- Actively participates in marketing activities such as mall displays, leaf letting, saturation, and the like.
- Ensures the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of submission of requirements of clients prior to new vehicle releases.
Company Nurse
Job Description
The Company Nurse is responsible for providing basic healthcare services to the company’s team members. The Company Nurse is also in charge with the provision of general first aid when necessary, along with the evaluation of employee health risks and promotion of employee health. He/she is also engaged in ensuring that necessary safety/health clearance permits are in order.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Provides initial dosage of medication needed by team members needing immediate relief from pain or sickness.
- Verifies submitted medical certificate of team members when necessary.
- Conducts weekly inventory of medicines.
- Makes purchase orders of medicines for replenishment.
- Administers first aid to team members and customers who encounter accidents during work hours.
- Provides emergency care and assistance to team members needing hospitalization during work hours.
- Maintains or helps in the maintenance of an efficient accident record system and coordinates actions taken by supervisors to eliminate accident causes.
- Provides assistance to government agencies in the conduct of safety and health inspection, accident investigation, or any other related programs as well as reports required by the government or the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
- Identifies workplace hazards and recommends cost-effective corrective actions.
- Develops, conducts, and promotes safety and health activities and awareness in the workplace.
- Performs administrative tasks

Technician (General Job)
Job Description
The General Job (GJ) Technician caters to mechanical repairs other than the Periodic Maintenance Service such as engine, transmission, brake system, air-conditioning, steering system repairs, and is responsible for successful and efficient completion of the repair or service required in the customers’ units as indicated in the Repair Orders. He also carries out a range of tests to diagnose service and repair vehicles and work hand in hand with the Job Controller and Service Advisors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate, preferably Engineering Courses (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or any Business-related courses)
- At least 1 year experience on the vehicle repairs
- At least 1 year experience on customer handling
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Duties/Responsibilities
- Handle initial stage of complaint handling
- Provides the customer with enough basic information regarding the cost estimation and works to be done on the vehicle
- In-charge in assisting and receiving customer units with Body and Paint concerns
- Provide collision repair estimates that will be later on be used for insurance purposes
- Coordinates with insurance companies regarding documents needed to facilitate repair
- Determine the level of damage and possible affected hidden damages
- Performs final inspection of units before release to ensure cleanliness and accuracy of job done
- Ensure to contribute to the CS initiatives of TBK
- Providing regular updates and follow ups to the customer
